CRM and Business Operations Platform
We use Funnel Sketchers as our primary business operations platform. Funnel Sketchers is a white label platform built on GoHighLevel Inc. technology. Through this platform we may collect, store, and process the following data where applicable:

Email and SMS communications, where applicable
Automation workflow data
Pipeline and client management data
Call and meeting scheduling data
Data processed through Funnel Sketchers and GoHighLevel is subject to GoHighLevel Inc.'s privacy policy in addition to ours.
Meeting and Transcription Services
Coaching and consultation calls are conducted via Google Meet. Some sessions may be transcribed using Fathom, an AI meeting transcription tool, where applicable. Participants will be informed prior to any recording or transcription taking place.
Data processed through Google Meet and Fathom is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely. Payment information is handled directly by these providers and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Online Community
We use Skool to host our client community. Community participation data is subject to Skool's privacy policy.
Automation
We use GoHighLevel native automation workflows and Zapier where applicable to support business operations and service delivery.
Analytics and Advertising
We may use analytics tools, heatmap providers, and advertising technologies including Meta platforms where applicable to understand website usage and measure marketing performance.
8. SMS Communications
Where applicable, we may use SMS communications through the GoHighLevel platform to send appointment reminders, program updates, or service-related messages to clients and subscribers who have provided their phone number and consented to receive such communications.
