These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all services, programs, websites, communities, digital products, coaching calls, and materials provided by Jodi Vincent, trading as The Dating Detox Coach ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any service or community, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
All services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.
By using our services, you confirm that:

2. Nature of Services
The Dating Detox Coach provides:
Dating coaching
Relationship pattern education
Group coaching
Digital educational materials
Community access
Live calls
Recorded or written educational content
Accountability and support services
Services are educational and coaching-based in nature.
They are not:
Therapy
Psychological treatment
Psychiatric care
Crisis intervention
Medical advice
Legal advice
Participation in our programs does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or legal advisory relationship.
3. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
Relationship outcomes
Marriage
Compatibility with specific individuals
Emotional healing timelines
Financial outcomes
Personal transformation within a specific timeframe
Results vary based on:
Participation
Personal responsibility
Consistency
Honesty
Application of coaching guidance
External circumstances beyond our control
Testimonials and examples shared by clients represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.
4. Payments and Installments
Payments may be processed through:
Stripe
PayPal
Bank Transfer
Skool
Other approved payment providers
For installment plans:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments
Failed or missed payments do not cancel the remaining balance owed
Access to services or communities may be paused or revoked if payments fail
We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances where necessary
Prices may change at any time for future enrollments.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and coaching-based nature of our services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Lack of participation
Failure to attend calls
Personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction caused by failure to apply coaching guidance
Partial program completion
Community removal due to policy violations
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Where legally required under applicable consumer laws, including EU consumer protection regulations, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions.
Coaching calls may be rescheduled:
Up to one time per month
Subject to availability
At our discretion
Missed sessions or repeated rescheduling requests may be treated as forfeited or cancelled sessions.
Program pauses or extensions may be granted solely at our discretion.
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality.
Information shared during coaching calls, within communities, or through private communication will not intentionally be disclosed publicly except:
Where legally required
Where there is risk of harm to self or others
Where express permission has been granted
Clients are equally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of:
Other members
Coaching discussions
Shared stories
Community posts
Group discussions
Materials and resources
You may not share, repost, distribute, screenshot, publish, or disclose private information belonging to other members or the Company without express written permission. This obligation of confidentiality continues after your participation in any program or community ends.
8. Anonymised Client Content
From time to time we may use anonymised stories, date debriefs, community submissions, or client experiences for educational, content creation, or promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media content, masterclasses, and coaching materials.
All identifying information will be removed before any such use. No client will be identifiable from anonymised content without their express consent.
By participating in our services or community you acknowledge that anonymised versions of experiences shared within coaching or community settings may be used in this way unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
9. Testimonials and Feedback
By participating in our services, you grant permission for:
Anonymous testimonials
General success stories
Feedback excerpts
to be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Identifying information will not intentionally be shared without consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by The Dating Detox Coach are protected intellectual property belonging to Jodi Vincent.
This includes but is not limited to:
Coaching frameworks including the Dating Detox Method, the 3D Method, the Romantic Filter concept, the Toxic Type framework, the Rule of One, and all associated methodologies and terminology
PDFs
Videos
Scripts
Worksheets
Trainings
Community content
Branding
Written materials
Live call teachings
Masterclass content
Digital workbooks and resources
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Republish
Share
Sell
Upload
Redistribute
Teach
License
Modify
Adapt
Incorporate into your own coaching, training, or educational business or programme
any materials or methodologies without express written permission from Jodi Vincent.
This prohibition applies whether or not you are a current or former client or community member. Former participation in any program or community does not grant any right to teach, replicate, or commercially use any proprietary framework, method, or terminology developed by The Dating Detox Coach.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized distribution or use of our intellectual property may result in:
Immediate removal from all programs and communities
Legal action
Revocation of access without refund
Claims for damages where applicable
11. Community Standards
We maintain a strict safety and conduct policy.
The following are prohibited:
Bullying
Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Intimidation
Abusive behavior
Disruptive conduct
Excessive negativity
Solicitation of members
Recruiting clients or customers from the community
Spam or promotional activity
Sharing or distributing content belonging to the Company or other members without permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs or communities at our discretion if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with community values.
No refunds will be issued upon removal.
12. Member Interactions
Members may choose to connect privately outside the community.
The Dating Detox Coach is not responsible for:
Private member interactions
External meetings
Third-party communications
Financial arrangements between members
Emotional or physical harm resulting from private member contact
All external interactions occur at your own discretion and risk.
13. Technology, Communication, and AI Tools
We deliver services using a range of third-party technology platforms. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:
Internet outages
Platform downtime
Software issues
Third-party platform failures
Device incompatibility
Business Operations Platform
We use Funnel Sketchers, a white label platform powered by GoHighLevel Inc., to manage coaching operations, communications, scheduling, automation, and client records. By engaging with our services you acknowledge that your contact and communication data may be stored and processed within this platform in accordance with GoHighLevel's privacy policy and our own Privacy Policy.
Video Calls and Meetings
Coaching and consultation calls are conducted via Google Meet.
Transcription
Some sessions may be transcribed using Fathom, an AI-powered transcription tool. Where transcription will take place, you will be informed before the session begins and given the opportunity to decline. Transcription is used solely for coaching support and client service purposes and will not be shared publicly or with third parties without your consent.
Please note that transcription is distinct from recording. Fathom may generate a written transcript of a session without retaining a full video or audio recording. You will be informed of both possibilities where applicable.
Calls will not be recorded in video or audio format without your express consent for that specific session.
AI Tools
We may use artificial intelligence tools including but not limited to Fathom and GoHighLevel AI features in the delivery and administration of our services where applicable. These tools are used to support service quality and operational efficiency. No AI tool will be used to make decisions about your coaching relationship without human oversight from The Dating Detox Coach.
14. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
Safety concerns
Abusive behavior
Misalignment with program suitability
Breach of these Terms
Non-payment
Community disruption
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jodi Vincent trading as The Dating Detox Coach shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Emotional distress
Lost income
Relationship outcomes
Business losses
Personal decisions made by clients
Actions taken based on coaching guidance
Outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on any third-party platform including Funnel Sketchers, GoHighLevel, Google Meet, Fathom, Stripe, PayPal, or Skool
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer protection regulations where applicable.
17. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
